Does anyone else's Ancona (3 weeks old) make this random really loud single peep? It's voice hasn't changed so I'm unsure of sex but my WH is already kind of honking a bit. Is it just my baby?

It could be starting to get it's "big kid" voice. 3 weeks or so is usually around when that begins to happen. You should know for sure within about a week. If it's a girl then most of the quacks will be loud by then.

I have one out of five drakes that has been coughing quite often and quite heavily for several weeks. We are in NH and the cough started prior to the very cold "vortex" we have had.
It is hard to tell if it is suffering from any discomfort and I have zero clue as to what I can or should do...

Maybe take him to a vet, get some anti-biotics. There was a Muscovy down at a local duck pond that had a cough (not for very long) and I took it to the vet's. She had a respiratory infection and passed away. If your boy has had it for this long a bit of TLC should get him back on his feet. p.s. I'm only spit-balling here as I have no professional qualifications. I hope he gets well soon! x
