Angel Food Cake in the oven

I didn't have cake flour, so I couldn't use the recipe posted by WalkingonSunshine here, soi I used the one in the recipe book that came with my new Kitchenaid mixer.

This is my first scratch angel food cake.

It's in the oven, so cross your fingers!

Note the adjective, not with dinner, not after dinner. For dinner.

edited to say...must be sick.... those are prepositions not adjectives!

yum yum yum! I also have a great recipe if anyone wants it. i have used it many times. This was a springtime tradition for us when I was a teenager. When the eggs started coming, I started baking!
