Angel wing in Canada goslings?

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding angel wing in Canada goslings (about 6 weeks old?). They're not our goslings but they live in a park nearby and we visit them almost everyday (and also feed them with goose-appropriate cracked corn food).
By now, we really care for them.
Thus, we were really concerned when we observed that some of them seemed to have developed stripped feathers (?).
Could you take a look at the pictures? The stripped feathers don't stick out btw.
We learned that a bandage therapy would still be possible in geese that young, so a quick judgement of the situation would help us a lot.

Their primary feathers are just starting to grow. Those are 'blood' feathers, and everything appears normal.
