She's so bold

She is! I love her personality. She will go up to people to sniff them, including all the cats and the dog. I try to reward her with a little salad green when she does this, since I want to encourage friendly behavior.
We have a wooden swinging gate in our kitchen to block off the rest of the house from our dog and it has a cat door cut out of it. Angeline has discovered the opening, so I started putting the dog food holder in front of it when I let her out. But she figured out how to push it out of the way. I'll have to figure out something else.

@EverythingDucks I've been giving her the amount of pellets you suggested, plus unlimited hay and a few handfuls of greens each day, and she acts like she's starving. I wondered if maybe she's not full grown, or she's pregnant (I really hope not) or she's just punking me. What do you think?

How much does she weigh and did the pet store tell you how old she was? She looks very young and kinda small. I know you asked EverythingDucks but I would just say that since she looks so young I would give unlimited until she is optimum weight and overall condition.

If she's got unlimited hay then there's no way she's hungry.
Basically once they know that you give treats/nice food, they'll get excited when you're around.

Mine have all been like that. They know that every time I go and see them I bring dandelion leaves.

She has unlimited hay, but she hasn't eaten that much of it.

I don't know how old she is, though my guess is young. She's significantly smaller than the male Rex's I had. I'm going to weigh her right now.
