It's a female specific thing (sometimes males can have them, but often a lot smaller than how the females do), not a breed thing. It's called a dew-lap. The females pull fur from it when they're getting the nest ready for babiesI believe it’s normal, but how come T-Rex rabbits have a big “blob” under their face? A lot like California whites I believe.
