Annie's thread- Five puppies! LOTS of PICS on page 10!

Oh and keep track of placentas. I lost a GDS decades ago because she retained one and pushed both horns of the uterus out. If you think she hasn't passed one or strains at all after all the pups are out, the vet can give her an injection to make sure.

while she is waiting I uploaded some of the pics they are not the best but I will get better ones later, here is what I have.

the pics of the pup by itself with no collar on is Red, the first one born, she has some awesome markings, can't wait to do a photo shoot later.

The brown will come in later, you can just see a bit of it now, on there face as pumpkin markings, Annie was almost all black when we got her just some brown on her head,

Here is a pic of her at 6 weeks on her first night home

I am back I had some cereal and am in go mode for these puppies! I have never had anything of mine give birth before so this is the next best thing. Lots of waiting

Just make sure you hang on to your little poopies until they are 8 weeks old. Between 6-8 weeks is when puppies learn most of their socialization skills, and their littermates and mommy are the best teachers!
