Terrie, that would usually mean adding $6 for shipping to Canada for a book set, right?

Out of curiosity how much more is it so ship just a calendar to Canada?

Just a calendar is about $3

The anticipated weight of the book makes it cost effective to send it in a flat rate envelope.

Of course when the books get here, I will weigh them and find the best price.

Remember also, to get the package in time for Christmas, ground delivery out of country won't do the trick.
