It was back in 2-2012 2013 that I first noticed it, I hadn't been in a contest that I know of, and didn't buy it. Just seems funny that it would disappear after 18 months.

Is there a way to find out how I got it?

I believe someone bought it for you. I don't remember for sure after all this time, but it is definitely expired.

Yeah, reviewing one's purchase history, in the store, is the quickest way to check the date.
