I am trying to buy a Golden Feather Account but when I try it says my email address is not in the system. But I am logged in! I have tried everything and it keeps saying my password is incorrect so I try to click I forgot my password, which I haven't, and it says my email address is not valid. I am frustrated and no one will answer my emails about the problem. I want to upload some more pics but can't. This is my favorite chicken forum but I am just about to move on. Does anyone have any suggestions besides sending an email?

Finally got it. "Post code" means zip code! Now I have to figure out how to activate it to my username. Not really user friendly.
