I really like how the whole affair was done with the family, everybody helping and smiling, with kids and women not having a problem with the Process, even though I am sure some of the birds did have names, I just look at these pic's and say this is how it should be done and that was how it has been done for hundreds of yrs. more folks should see your photo's and do exactly as you have, My hats off to you, you should be very proud.

Yeah we're definitely tougher then PC, he's just a big whinner

But actually towards the end, the kids and adults kind of split up- kids doing the rest of the processing, and the adults scalding/plucking and gutting.
