Can you slip a teaspoon of chilled coconut oil into her beak? Then with the tip of two fingers, massage the lump. If you can get it to break up and empty out of the crop, her appetite may kick in.

In case it’s worth noting here: I had an otherwise well hen with yellow urates. Suddenly she was pooping black, but I quickly realized she was self-medicating by eating little pieces of black wood charcoal. I also treated her with aloe detox. The urates went back to white after a few days, but I don’t know whether the charcoal or detox helped or if it would have corrected on its own.

I'd say it's mostly white, not yellow.

Her abdomen feels normal to me. It's not swollen or hard or anything like that.
