My hatches this year have been near 50/50 using styrafoam Hovabator incubators, a cabinet incubator and under broody hens.
A friend gave me "pullet dust" to try in the nest boxes.

It was really sulphur dust for bugs. :lau

:fl It is the luck of the hatch :old

Out of over thirty chicks, I’ve only hatched three boys out of my incubator, so that might be a factor.

Makes sense to me, since it's a proven fact that 98.97% of all statistics are made up on the spot! :D

But that's okay, too, since 5 out of 4 people have trouble with Math!
