Antibiotics questions - IB suspected

So I just finished worming my little flock, I started with Wazine and then followed up with safeguard. They seemed to handle it well, although I almost feel like they didn't care much for the safeguard
I've just started eating the eggs again, the fiance says they look very clean, which is one thing out of several I was hoping for. Unfortunately they still seem to have poopy butts, and the buff Orpington is still laying thin eggs;

I have no idea if this came out of her this way or if she ate the insides. The shell feels like a mix between thin plastic/rubber and very thin crinkly paper. And you might be able to see in the picture there is blood on this shell ;(

I was hoping it was just worms but it doesn't seem to be the case.. I bought some antibiotic powder (sorry, I will have to figure out what it is later). But I'm not sure if I should give it to them now so soon after treating them with the worm medication? I've seen them sneeze, but what is typical sneezing? Their beaks go into dusty places a lot? I've seen wet nostrils but I can't tell if it's just water? I also feel like they might be loosing weight but the fiance doesn't agree.. We haven't come up with a way to check their weight yet.

Sorry it's a lot, I just wanna let you guys know what I know so maybe I can figure it all out... ;(

She's the only one having these problems... The EE will sometimes break her eggs but they are always more brittle and they aren't rubbery.. It leads me to think its not an infection but idk what else it could be.. The blood worries me, I'm gonna keep my eye out on her poop too ;0

That looks like it could be a lash egg, which is just a weird egg. It might be a product of internal laying. Here are some links about them:

IB usually causes repeated sneezing that lasts for several weeks, and it typically goes through the whole flock. It can be worse at night, and the only reason to give antibiotics for a viral disease would be to help prevent secondary bacterial infections. If your chickens aren't acting that sick, you may just want to do more reading about IB. It can however, cause a decrease in laying temporarily, and you can see wrinkled egg shells and watery egg whites.

I see them sneeze at least once a day, though not every one of them. How much sneezing is normal/abnormal?

We supervise their feeding of pellets because of rats and birds, and the grit/oyster shells was only in the feed so I put some in their own since I don't think rats or birds eat that? I also got some suet, which the buff gobbled down faster then the rest of them, I like to think maybe it's what she needed and that's why she was ravenous for it ;0

When I went out to feed them the suet again, Big Mama turned her nose up.. maybe it didn't agree with her ;(

Check out vent gleet. Poopy butts, weight loss, laying problems, etc., could be vent gleet. It has a large array of symptoms and can affect every system in the chickens body. Lot's of info on vent gleet in the forum. Do a search. Here is a link with some info and treatment options:

I do add ACV to their water, and have given them yogurt on occasion, I will look into it more though, TYVM
