Ant's will chicken's eat ant's?

I’m wondering if chicken’s will eat ant’s or if chicken like to eat ant’s, or if it's safe for them?

Our yard is loaded I just fought ant back out of our house again today that were after our dog’s food.

If they like ant’s do you think they will drop the ant population a good bit for us?

Will they eat rolly pully potato bugs, we also seem to have a lot of those?

Mine eat ants. They eat anything that moves or flies too close to them.

Maybe it depends on the kind of ant, or how many they eat, but I've heard of chickens getting quite ill from the formic acid.

Mine aren't eating ants, that I can tell. They eat every other sort of bug.

Mine love ants. They chase them and converge on piles. I usually try to keep them away from the fire ants but they refuse to be swayed.
