I didn't end up bringing Gingersnap inside - though I seriously considered it. I felt it would be too stressful for her. She loved her flock so much and I wanted her to have the joy of puddles and bugs on what might be her last days. I also had 6 ducks at the time and there was no way I was bringing them all in.Another thought I had, but didn't want to stress her out, was to bring her inside and keep her in my bathroom. That would take her away from her sister and fresh air though. On the other hand it'll be a more controlled environment, and easier to nebulize her with Oxine. And she wouldn't need to try and walk around to get her into a coughing fit. Any thoughts?
However, if you could bring in both of your ducks and you think they could calmly rest together that might be a good option.
