Hi everyone , I'm new to incubating ducklings and getting increasingly worried!!
I have 4 silver bantam duck eggs in a Brinsea incubator currently at 37.6, I'm growing more worried every day as I'm reading more and more that ducklings are hard to hatch and bantams ducklings even harder 😢
I am on day 13 and all eggs are fertile but I have noticed that 2 of the air sacks are saddled and the other 2 dont seem to be very big (everso slightly larger eggs and darker in colour) but not sure if that makes a difference, also all the air sacks are on the more rounded end and not the pointy end of the egg?
The eggs were shipped to me and as I understand could be the cause of saddleling ..... I know that I am a little way off from hatching but wondered if there is anything I can do to correct things before it's too late ?

I'm in love with these little fellas already and feeling a little/lot sad at the thought of them not hatching knowing that they are all moving around in there and growing well šŸ™ˆ

It sounds like you are doing just fine. Air sacks are exactly where they should be. Enjoy the process.
