oh thats so cool! lythbound reminds me a lot of some of the adoptables sites i used to be on. chicken smoothie was my main one but i was also on furry paws, lioden and flight rising for short periods haha. i prefered chicken smoothie because the pets were more like trading cards in that you didn't need to care for them which left me guilt-free. lol

Hi, I just started drawing birds. I sketch, mostly, on lined paper. Then I trace it onto blank paper, then color it then add a background, to make it look good. I got the idea from my lock screen which was a dove, and then I sat down and sketched it. I personally think it's good. Then I looked at the picture again (I think the picture I was sketching was digital) and I noticed that the dimensions were off. Look:

Look at the wing. The bird would have to be going WAY to the side, but the rest of the body looks straight. I am going to try with real dove pictures instead of digital stuff because I don't want to spend HOURS sketching and then find out I sketched the dimensions in the drawing but the drawing itself was wrong. I will post the rough draft, the drawing copied onto blank paper, and colored, and then with the added background. But NOT this one.

Yeah, it’s funky. A really pretty picture, though.
Maybe it’s a Ukrainian Skycutter?

I don’t think that’s what the artist intended. But that hyperflexion is possible.
That said, it still would be flying with terrible technique.
Usually birds use the same motion with both wings so they don’t go in circles.
