It's not my best work, but I really like how this one came out. I decided to try a style without any very hard lines -- I've always liked the softer look that it gives.
The characters are, from left to right, Akita Neru, Hatsune Miku, and Kasane Teto.

It's the name of a song that those three characters were in. They're sometimes called "the Triple Baka Squad" as a result.
"Triple baka" itself translates to "triple idiot."
