I have been writing situational horror like this

I then started to write sci fi, my specialty is details and creating biological aliens. I am now writing an original Predator novel, I co-wrote the first 20 or so chapters of an original predator story.
My friend who is in Australia, co wrote it with me, he decided to go a different direction than I wanted to go, so he is now the sole author of it.

I had created the character in a sci fi shape changing story, where she was an assassin, I kept the same premise but put her into the hands of the military for this story.
I love werewolf, or shape changing stories (CANNOT STAND THE TWILIGHT SERIES THOUGH).
Also for the Lethal Pact story, since it was going to be a "fan fiction" I decided to touch very lightly on the Battle Star Galactica -new series, cylons. The fact that they eat, bleed, feel pain..
Are nigh undistinguishable from humans except on the sub cellular level. They are made entirely of synthetic compounds. Going off of that, to create a "super soldier", having synthetic
muscles inter mixed and replacing normal human ones, thus gaining strength, agility and lots of other abilities.
I love writing the details of a person changing,
"The scream ripped from her abdomen, crawling its way up her throat, changing as she did, a pain filled roar wrenched itself from between her clenched teeth. She looked at her hands, the skin
bubbled and blackened, the bones crunching, thinning, from within the pores of her skin, small tendrils of fur crawled, sprouting and combining to create a thick coat. Her fingers curled, turning into
foreshorted paws, a pained whine that became another scream as her spine distorted, growing longer, ribs shortening.
Her face a tear stained mass of moving bones, crawling beneath the skin as her teeth changed growing into fangs, her lips stretching, thinning, her nose growing long and flat.
Tongue growing long and thin, screams trapped in her throat, a humming moan escaped her still changing throat and muzzle."
And I just came up with that off the top of my head.
I have too much time on my hands too. I have a boat load of stories in my head. I think of plots for my story and work out the story line then write it down.
Right now I am stuck, what to do in the middle of my story...I have the beginning, sections of the middle and the end, but I need to flesh it out!
