Any fellow Geocachers?

We're going to try with DH's Magellan from school. We just need to figure out how to put in coordinates by hand. I figure if we do a few close ones that way and really enjoy it, it will be worth finding a GPS of our own.

It's a SporTrak too! I had to find where he'd stashed out of our son's view. It's very basic. He says he paid less than $100 for it. I can't see anywhere on it where you could add a cable though. I'll have to look into it more I guess. It's several years old now.

We love to geocache. My brother got us into it and he has over 1000 finds. they are out in AZ and there are thousand of them there. I have two geo I have set out.

Hi I'm into cashing and I'm a member of the website! So glad to see that other people do it who are on this website.

I was going through all the replies and since I made the original post we now have "smart" phones we can use for Caching, but they don't work where the signal is bad or non-existant. I still love my Magellan, but had to upgrade to a newer one, my old one didn't work with the newer computer link ups. Cache on!
