Lol! That's hilarious! I once was fishing with a bunch of friends, they made a shanty out of a three man tent with the bottom cut out. It was so cold, well below zero, my beer was a slushy packed by my tummy... Let's go guys, it's too cold!!! I did not want to get in that tent...
No way we're leaving! they said, we're catching fish! Come on in! No way was I going to squeeze into that tent.... Couldn't take it anymore so I zipped the tent open, they were in their T-shirts!!! just with a two mantle lantern for heat! You bet I squeezed my butt in there

yeah baby! we caught a ton of yellow perch!!!!

I really want to come up for ice fishing now, since y'all said it wasn't that cold. I'm heading back to Lake Taneycomo this May for trout

It can be brutal cold.... But that's why we use shacks and heaters.... But lots of days are just plain nice too.... Many days I'll opt to just sit on a bucket and enjoy the winter air and scenery... But fishing can sometimes be fast and furious.

Love fishing in the local lakes and rivers for trout, catfish, sunnies and bass!

went ice fishing both Saturday and Sunday, on Saturday we went out for perch and it was a really good day, (i caught around 30 and kept 8) but where guessing a big pike or dog fish (burbot) was around stole 2 hooks from my uncle and took a huge herring or smelt form me, (also my grandpa caught a 15 pound pike on a tip up really nice to see) then Sunday we went out for pike and caught 4 all day between 5 people, kept 2 for the smoker back home.
