LOL I know, I'm confused to. I really have to believe that most are roosters. I don't know anything about them. My husband bought them at an auction while I was out with my one year old! He thought they were barred rocks!! He doesn't know about chickens, but then again I can't seem to figure them out. I think they are barred rocks and ameraucana crossed and almost all are roosters. I think I do have some pullets, maybe! Other then feathering its a little hard to tell. No big combs or wattles. I think they might be around 4 months old?? Maybe 4 to 5? I was just hoping maybe someone else might have an opinion. Thanks for your help and response!Iko127 you might want to start your own thread to get more answers https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/15/what-breed-or-gender-is-this
Do you know how old they are? They do mostly look like mixes with a lot of the barred ones having sort of peacombs and some having face feathers, I am confused as to how many birds there are, but those red/black bird(s) are cockerels, the birds sitting on a perch on your first post both look to have saddle feathers, some of the other barred ones do also (the one to the left of the red cockerel in a couple of pictures), the one in the middle of a couple of pictures with cheek puffs looks to be getting color on his shoulders.
