I like both, maybe do 1/2 meringue and 1/2 whipped cream

I did bake the rustic olive sourdough bread last week and it turned out nice

Knowing DH, he'd eat his 1/2 and most of mine (complaining the whole time that my side was meringue, lol).

Wonderful looking bread, that would be perfect with a bowl of hot homemade soup!

That looks like the 1st coconut cream pie I made. I thought it was very good. DH kept insisting a baked one would be even better (that last recipe I tried proved him wrong, lol).

I was off-line for two weeks and you guys left me in the dust. It took a week to catch up. We finished off the last of the cheesecake, but I still have a dollup of cherry pie filling left... I will have it on oatmeal in the morning. The last of the lasagna is going into the freezer for lunches.

I was searching the cupboards for something (don't remember what) but I found a bag of shredded coconut - the best buy date was last month. I had a container of egg ehites in the fridge that needed to be used up - do I made coconut macaroons! I love them, DH doesn't - so they are all for me!

Coconut macaroons sound good! And I still have coconut left over. Might have to give those cookies a try.
