Any Home Bakers Here?

well the biscuits are resting, the potato pancakes are ready to go so soon I'll be frying sausage for gravy and the pancakes.

Hone Spelt sourdough is ready to shape. Yeas raised waffles for lunch!

And my bread dough is rising! Must be a good day for baking :D

And how do the Stamps work? Uninformed here, Thanks Aria

Aria, this is how to use the cookie stamp:
1. Season stamp with cooking oil (not butter) each time before use.
2. Warm stamp in oven while it is preheating: keep stamp warm to the touch while in use by placing them near oven vent on stove.
3. You mix up the cookie dough, form it into 1" balls and press the warm cookie stamp into the dough ball.
4. When done using it, clean the stamp with hot water and soft brush. Let dry & store.
5. Flours with more gluten (such as bread flour) will hold the stamp design better.
6. Avoid cookie recipes that contain baking powder, baking soda or eggs as the design will be less distinct if the cookie rises.

Not too hard (I just had trouble holding on to the stamp because the little knobby handle was so short and the stamp was hot).
