Didn't let it rise as longas I would have liked. Dough wasn't finished until 9:45 and it was being served @ 12:30. Still seems nice & light though.

I work @ a camp for people with disabilities. In the winter the facility is rented. This weekend is a quilting group and a francophone scout troop. A bit of a challenge as one person goes into anaphylactic shock just by the smell of garlic.
