Didn't let it rise as longas I would have liked. Dough wasn't finished until 9:45 and it was being served @ 12:30. Still seems nice & light though.

When I make Colby, recipe calls for a half packet of culture, but a whole packet doesn't even register on my scale.

The sourdough starter I sent was 10G. I love the precise measurement of grams

I work @ a camp for people with disabilities. In the winter the facility is rented. This weekend is a quilting group and a francophone scout troop. A bit of a challenge as one person goes into anaphylactic shock just by the smell of garlic. You don't realize how often garlic is used in cooking until you can't use it.

I am in what is called the copes group I am low income my medical is medicade and medicare because but it also means I have a caregiver 35 hours a month to say in it
