It's not hot at all. DH snapped pix of some of the secret recipes before they locked them in a computer touch screen. They shredded all the cards I can't name the restaurant..

I'll tell ya what Ron.. enter the contest. If you happen to get the majority likes, an UNOPENED Bottle just might happen to slip into the prize package box when I'm not looking. Stranger things have happened.

And it is not super hot. Tabasco brand is 100 times hotter.

We went to a hot sauce store at Pier 39 in San Francisco. They had sauce made from Ghost peppers...It was pretty hot....
