I only like good bread pudding, very firm and no raisins.

It was good, made a very large pan. The nutmeg wasn’t bad but I’d leave it out next time and replace it with cinnamon.View attachment 1286163

I like the combination of cinnamon and a pinch of cloves. Cloves is the secret ingredient in my oatmeal cookie recipe...Don't tell anyone.....

The Chocolate bread pudding is very good. I do not like the version with raisins too much

I put cinnamon in also but next time would put all cinnamon and skip the nutmeg. I love cinnamon!
