Any Home Bakers Here?

View attachment 1289572 Manwich is the only canned SJ on the store shelves that doesn't have anchovies as an ingredient.
I don’t look at ingredients very often. Most stuff is homemade, so anything I eat that is processed can have whatever it wants in it. I’d rather enjoy the food than be grossed out by what I am actually eating.
They are not as popular as they were in the 90's. I rarely see one on the roadways.
In the 12 years I’ve been a trucker’s wife, a lot of loads have been Schwan’s. Most in Massachusetts, a few in south Jersey.

They where always around when I had to move to help my Brother after his strokes, we were in a more populated area but came down our street every other week regular now

I see how that looks. I have already contacted them. I’m just waiting until I’m sure of what I want. 30% off my first order is a good reason to get everything at once. :D
I think it’s $6 charge for anything under $50
It doesn’t take long and you hit $50
@DigMyChicks would you share your recipe for the buns? I'd like to try making some, would be my first time.

I don't care for Manwich either, but my mom got a recipe somewhere to make from scratch and it's pretty good. I bet fresh buns would make it better though.
Sorry, busy day...
These are heavy buns...not light and fluffy if that makes a difference to you...at least they were for me:gigI let them rise for about 45 minutes even though it said 10. I used quick rise yeast.
