Our local Albertson's has started carrying frozen Black Raspberries. I haven't had a Black Raspberry pie in forever. It just came out of the oven and I am waiting for it to cool. The kitchen smells absolutely wonderful!!
Yum!

I can't bake one of those tonight though...Baking cookies....
 
I need to work on my Honey Wheat bread recipe that i used out in Wyoming. It was a high altitude recipe and was adjusted for high-mountain deseet

AS for the rising, once you get used to the poke test and feel of the bread you learn that the time given is approximate. At 7400 feet, i would do 3 rises on the bread - it rises too fast with the lower air pressure. I had it over-rise and once it does that, it breaks the gluten strands and the texture is off after baking it.

We had the best Schwan delivery guy out in Wyoming. His route was 2 days long and he did it 2x a month. He knew everyone on his route by name and by what they like and don't like.
