Any Home Bakers Here?

I didn't get to it this weekend (fences and other pasture issues), but next weekend I'm going to to try the white bread recipe in loaf pans. then modify to whole wheat bread next. I want to be able to bake a consistent whole wheat bread that does well in a loaf pan so I can get sandwich bread.
I did a half white flour half red wheat that I milled today. I used honey and added two tsp. diastolic malt powder, 1\2 cup KAF whole grain bread improver, half a cup of powdered milk and two eggs. Yeast and salt of course.

The bread is great!

The cheese is ready today!

It was a hit with the Family. I will make another one next weekend. I need to work on stirring the curds better and getting them to melt more. The texture was not as smooth as it should be.

It tastes like a very good cheddar

My brother-in-law gave me pantry items he didn’t want. Anung the items, are butter beans, cannellini beans, chili pinto beans, and roasted broad beans dusted with cocoa.
What do I do with butter beans? Are the pinto beans an alternative to kidney beans in chili? Has anyone ever heard of broad beans or cannellini beans?
Cannellini beans are white kidney beans and go great in Italian dishes and white chicken chili. The salad I posted for Connie's first contest used them. Butter beans if canned are great served heated with butter. If dry, they take a bit of work. Broad beans (aka Fava beans) are a bit larger and tougher than a lima, but I haven't worked much with them canned or dried.
