Any Home Bakers Here?

Who posted the Apple and Oatmeal cookie one confusing thing said in the instructions to refrigerate 30 minutes then scoop two table spoon sized pieces of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.... kinda took my off guard what only two tablespoons of dough in
the recipe :wee:ya:smack




That's the 'low fat' recipe. :lau

I like to use Jonagold Apples for my canned apple pie filling. I like a mix of golden delicious, Jonagold and Granny smith for applesauce. Sweet sixteen makes a great low-sugar pie and applesauce. Macoun is probably my favorite for eating. I had a couple of blondies last fall, they are very good for eating also.
I like apples!
There are so many good apples!

I have not see Macoun out here. Pink lady is goof for eating and there was a new one called honey crisp that I liked.
