Have been at the Hospital. My husband had surgery. Will be taking him home today. All went fine...now recovery time.

Not doing much cooking or baking ...will start soon.

I made my first cheese soufflé yesterday, and my second one today. The recipe serves 3 so i made the cheese sauce and only used 1/2 yesterday. It is wonderful! It takes a long time to bake, wow! but so worth it.
