It's real fatty bacon, more fat with a little meat streak…like fat back or salt pork.
like those deep fat fried pork skins.
I have manage to keep my kid away from those.

I am gonna cheat, bought a Lemons Bar Package Mix and will bake it tomorrow…on a lemon kick I guess..lol.
