I made the glaze and let it cool and it got too thick...called for 3-4 T...should have used 3.

This is the recipe I’m using. It holds it’s shape well in normal temps and has the texture of whipping cream.

Do not be afraid to beat it. Your kitchen aid will work great using the paddle. It should be smooth like cool whip when it’s done.
