I did a 50 minute walk yesterday. I have a weight and flexibility exercise set I do on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday too. I have to do the exercises or I have back painRon, Baking is FUN and does use minute calories. You still should
do your daily exercise. I ride a stationery bike for 10 minutes and up and down on ropes with my arms for 5 minutes. When my husband had his rotare-cup surgery he had to do this exercise and he installed a pully and rope in our catheral ceiling in the living room and we now still use it.
