it was a roast in the old roasting pan

Roast Beef is 375 per pound(350 for convection oven) for 20 minutes per pound. 60 minutes for a 3# roast.

Now I want roast beef!

Debby, When you made the Dublin Coddle what size dutch oven did you use? How much extra room did you have after putting it together? I'd like to push it up to about 8 servings, but only have a 6 qt dutch oven, that's easy to find.

wanna see the cake please didn't wash my hand from giving fresh water for the birds buckets where mostly empty the hose I keep in their get dusty like everything else
