How's your eye Aria, are you past the gritty feeling?
Debby, Thanks for asking. It is much better. Drops at Breakfast
Lunch, Dinner, Bedtime and one drop anytime during the day.
Visited the Surgeon day after surgery and she said all is fine. Have my last follow up appointment with her October 17....It is not back
to normal feeling...BUT MUCH BETTER. And of course the
vision is much better. Thanks again. Aria

Hey everyone I killed a roast beast and a old roaster yesterday still has me scratching my head 350 for two hours had made a gravy with it after it was seasoned and it burnt to a crisp it was 3 lbs
That is a long time at 350! I would smoke on one at 250 for 3 hours and test for temp.

Penny, You are too funny. The very fact that you cooked an old
rooster is a function.....I could NOT do. I rarely cook a whole
chicken. Just never do. Who knows? I always thought a Rooster
would be tough. I am not sure. Aria

Low and slow cooking will work for old roosters and hens.

I like to pressure cook them too
