I have two hoosiers. 1 was left alone, and the other one, the flour mill was replaced with shelves .

The roll tops were removed and lost.![]()
Iβve been wondering for a long time, is there anyway to find replacements? Iβve even looked on eBay without success.
I love those antique hoosiers.I have a LARGE PULL DOWN BIN my husband built in my Pantry
and it holds 25 pounds plus. Later when I was working....I was not baking as much...so the bin was converted to hold boxes of
crackers etc. We purchased (years ago) round red hot candies
and they came in plastic tilted containers with covers. I have
an Antique Hoosier and after removing the Flour Holder and Sifter (It was "shabby" and I did not want to use it.)Still Have it......stored in the basement.....
the space was perfect for the two Containers to fit one atop the other. The top holds White Flour and the bottom one holds
Whole Wheat. Each Bin holds 5 pounds of flour. And I usually
have extra Flour in my Pantry. It works.
Like @wyoDreamer said the best bet is to get a wood working person to make a part for you.Iβve been wondering for a long time, is there anyway to find replacements? Iβve even looked on eBay without success.
