I have a bunch of sour dough recipes that were published in a local "small-town-Wisconsin" newspaper a couple of decades ago. They named the sourdough "Herman", had a mascot drawn up and everything. It was sponsored by the UW-Extension service.

She is a living, breathing thing. I take care of her, and she does stuff for me. She is an adult, and can take care of herself for a while without my having to worry about her. She gets moody, and she likes to be beaten.

I was sent this frosting recipe in an email.
Chocolate yogurt frosting
3/4 C chocolate chips
6 oz yogurt

Melt the chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals. Use any yogurt you want. Chocolate strawberry frosting sounds pretty good!

Went to Best Buy where we purchased our Windows 10 and they
showed me how to transfer photos to my computer. Different for sure. And I asked him about the date....he said that is the date on the camera chip. That is how old my Kodak Camera is....we always use Floyd's camera. I am going to start using my camera. I was in an African Violet Society years ago and was Queen of the Show. Stopped raising violets when I went to REAL WORK...and now I am back into violets. I have just these three. Aria

Of course, you should make your own yogurt for even healthier frosting.

NO...been there...done that. NOT my kinda thing. Fage Plain Yogurt is my favorite and it is healthy enough. Aria

Not that we have it now but septic systems respond to Sourdough quite well to maintain their working.. Love the violets
