Any Home Bakers Here?

Oh yes, I make the chocolate cake quite often with that frosting! It's one of DH's favorites.
Then I must give it a whirl...when I have company. My guys aren’t big cake fans. Although my youngest devoured my last crazy cake and asked me to make it for the super bowl party he went too...I didn’t have enough flour...unheard of in my house:lol:
Here's my fancy rolling pin, I got it off Etsy from some place in Poland. I was worried about messing it up but now that I've seen how pretty the cookies turn out. it's very tempting :)

Very cute. Do you use cookie cutters after you roll it out?

I’m more into tofu than black beans. However, I saw a burger that looked good enough to try.
It has me wondering, why pumpkin seeds? The recipe only calls for beans, seeds and bread crumbs. Are beans and bread crumbs the only thing I actually need to have? I can’t imagine seeds add anything but nutrition and perhaps texture.

This is what cupcakes look like when you forget to put sugar in the batter.

This is round 2 and what they should look like! I have not decorated them yet. I did red velvet also. Both I did in minis and regular.

No pigs thank goodness! Hubby worked for a hog farmer for many years, I cannot stand the smell. Chickens enjoyed them.
Growing up we gave all of the food waste to either the pigs or chickens.

We only had a pig or two at a time though

I've never used my pin but judging by what @JanetMarie's cookies look like, that's what I would do (if I ever use mine).
