Thanks. The cookie dough has to be a recipe that the cookie doesn't change much during baking, so cannot have any leavening in it. The dough is rolled first with a regular smooth roller a little thicker than you actually want, then roll over it applying some pressure with the engraved roller. Then cut out with any shape cookie cutter, or can cut into squares with a knife or something. I like a fairly plain cookie cutter since the pattern is fancy.

Loving all the cookies and cakes and desserts! They all look so yummy! DS has a friend over tonight and I have then a choice, brownies, Apple crisp, or peach crisp. Peach crisp was the winner and there's hardly any left lol
That is always good! Too many leftover desserts makes Your waist grow larger
