I’m making pizza burgers...but frosting 36 cupcakes first for my sister’s mother in laws birthday.

What's a pizza burger? Sounds like something the grandkids would eat.

Sure does pizza burgers yum ... wanted share the day picked up kitchen toys the whisk is a smaller version of one my Ma gave me but that one is all metal the new one half size but wire with silicone on it the pasta cut I ordered off Amazon

Pizza burgers are awesome! I have a recipe laying around here somewhere. I'd have to find it. I need to make those again!

It's going to be a busy afternoon for you DMC! Hope you'll share a picture of your cupcakes.

I worked today. I normally don’t work Monday’s. I made the cupcakes last night and put them on the deck to freeze. I made the frosting when I got home tonight. It takes awhile for that as you have to make a rue and let it cool down. I didn’t do any fancy sprinkles or anything. They were in the fridge already and I was too lazy to take them back out so not a great picture.

It has 1lb velveeta cheese cut in small chunks or 1lb grated american cheese, 1lb hamburger fried and seasoned with italian seasoning, minced dried garlic and black pepper and then cooled, 1 can grated spam and 1 standard jar spaghetti sauce. Mix all together and put on any kind of bread or bun and bake at 400* 15-20 minutes.

Fixed my alternator.

On the baking subject, I had parmesan chicken for dinner. My sister made it.

The alternator must have been in a decent spot for you Subaru where very popular when I lived in Juneau ..

I miss my old Subaru. It was a tough little thing! It was a 2003 Forester. We had to replace the alternator i think 2 years ago. That poor thing had almost 200K miles on it and was still running great but it ended up with a gas leak and the frame was rusting through in multiple places. so we replaced it. I'm glad that someone bought it and was planning to patch it up I had bought it in a pinch when my old car had died and I needed something AWD and cheap. I never expected to love it lol
