Have you ever put up marinated peppers?
They are great on homemade pizzas, burgers, salads..pretty much anything if you like peppers.

2 or 3 eggs = 1 chicken egg?
I bet you could get a whole lot more of them in a jar! Hahaha:D
Bet it would look cool as a gift...Hmmm
More like 5 quail eggs per one chicken egg.

I like to use guinea eggs. Banty eggs would be on the same equivalent of 2 eggs for 1 chicken egg.

I always had a hard time keeping celery because I seldom use it. I ended up having to buy celery every time I was going to use it in a dish.

Thanks to Alton Brown and the Good Eats show, my celery keeps fine for months at a time. You cut the top off of an empty 2 liter pop bottle, place some water in the bottom, stand the celery bunch in the water and put a plastic bag over the top. Put the bottle of celery in the refrigerator and use as needed. If you use celery like I do, by the time you get to the middle and last few stalks, the celery will have sprouted roots. I have potted the rooted left overs and been able to have fresh celery all summer.

Great tip, thanks Bob!
