I just bought 27 bananas. Unfortunately, I forgot the rum!
Of course, I do have homemade Kahlua. Coffee flavored banana daiquiris would probably be good.

I've made them 4 or 5 times now.

This is the recipe I use:

I find the best filling is just Cream cheese mixed with Bonne Mamam jam.
