I cook frozen lobster tails for us on special occasions. It is good, but I am very picky about quality when I buy it. But, I love shrimp and buy farmed shrimp all the time.
I buy wild caught when I can find it, but it is not always available. Same with salmon, wild caught when I can, but must settle for framed sometimes.

yup, you got smacked lol. They get extra puffy because I replace the butter with applesauce. It's one the few recipes that I actually prefer the texture that way
