One day, I was cooking a recipe, I can't remember exactly what it was, but it called for butter. I went to the store and I found margarine and butter. I did not know at the time if they were the same thing or if they were different. So, I got the margarine.

I made the recipe according to the directions. After it was done baking, I discovered that something went wrong. I don't know what happened, but I assumed it was the margarine.

So, I went all the way back to the store and I got butter. I started cooking again, using butter instead of margarine. When I was done cooking, I was astonished. Everything turned out perfect, everything tasted perfect, absolutely no mistakes in the dish.

I learned something that day. From that day forward I use real butter to make sure there was no margarine for error.

*cranberry-walnut w/orange zest, *cherry-almond, *blueberry w/lemon zest, also *chocolate-cherry-almond...all so good!:drool
I make the crunchy stuff, don't necessarily dunk it in my coffee, sometimes .
I make it for family too, great to give as gifts. Most people don't make it for themselves.:idunno

I drop things so often..wonder if they would help with that?? Nothing worse than dishes breaking while your trying to wash them:barnie:rolleyes:...
 
We had Salisbury steak on Monday Bomb last night but my gravy is legend little finger of Chorizo makes it best

I was given dishes for my last birthday. The glasses seemed indestructible until I put a mug in the sink as I was doing dishes tonight. Two glasses broke.
