I did a little baking today!

I probably baked around 275 cupcakes, but not all got frosted.

My son’s girlfriend asked if I’d ever made Macarons before. We made a batch together. The filling is cream cheese, butter, strawberry jam and powdered sugar. There was extra so I put it on some lemon cupcakes. We haven’t tried them yet.

Post a picture when done. That’s a lot of cupcakes. I have 150 cupcakes, cutout cookies and a cake to do for niece’s graduation. Cutout cookies are a musical note...all white frosting and black sugar sprinkles.
