Welcome to the thread @LoribelleF
Hope you find some recipes to try. I'm sure there will be a few "new favorites" on the list.

I dehydrate a lot of stuff. I actually bought a second dehydrator at an auction, because I wanted more shelves for mine, lol. The dehydrator and 8 shelves cost me less than buying 4 new shelves at the store. It was the same brand, just the auction one was older. Now I have a backup dehydrator.
I am planning to build a solar dehydrator to dehydrate garden surplus next year.

Wyodreamer...
My husband smokes a lot of meat which I dont like but I'm thinking a dehydrator might be something I would like. I will have to look into this. Is it easy to do and cost effective?
Thanks for the information.
They are great for making healthy fruit snacks and using up seasonal produce

I don't have a dehydrator but have looked into them for somewhere down the road. I would use one for meat (probably for jerky) and would definitely use one for drying herbs.

@LoribelleF, Welcome to the thread! Glad to have you here! You find lots of great recipes here, and a lot of nice people.

Not sure what I am going to bake tonight. Things have been crazy around my house. First the car, now my bike. The gear shifter snapped clean off.

Been looking at quail recipes because quail hunting season is coming up soon. Finding a lot of good stuff so far!

I like to read, just gotten into baking and I love it! I can't cook a meal to save my life but tell me you need cupcakes and I can't stop, lol.
I also like sewing and home decorating or as my husband calls it, home changing. My animals keep me busy most days, just got a puppy and have an older dog. Not getting along well. My girls are wonderful and Iove going out and just talking to them. Building things and coming up with fun stuff for their coop is fun too.
Any fun recipes you have tried you care to share?

Welcome to the fun all the recipes they mentioed are on page 1 of the thread probably takes more than 1 page though
