Since I can't make up my mind about the food processor I decided to pend it for now. I went to the King Arthur website instead and bought a specialty cake pan

Debby, I vote for the Oster Blender....it has Many uses. My processor, like Penny's has been put on vacation....Penny's is in her Cat Room...mine is in the Laundry Room. Aria

I am pretty good that way but have had fun buying pasta toys that I still have used once or not at all

Speaking of Pasta....I discovered on UT "Pasta Grannies" quite a site. It has inspired me to start making pasta again. And I do have my pasta toys....stored. (PG UT..) They are OLD Grannies from different provinces of Italy. Very interesting. I made Pasta and Chick Peas from one of their recipes today delicious. I did not make the pasta....but I will be making Pasta Soon. Aria

I see where Oster has a combo blender/processor. Kind of more than I wanted to spend but I'm going to do what @BullChick suggested...put it on my 'wish list' and see if it goes on sale next month.

Our temps have dropped over 30* so far today (and expected to drop another 20*) and it's snowing now.

There's a pot of mushroom barley soup on the stove and a loaf of French bread raising. Seems perfect for the 1st winter storm!
