The Asiago Ciabatta bread looks and smells so good!

Just out of the oven baked in a dutch oven

Cooling on the stove. Some of the cheese cubes are poking out!

That looks so yummy-might have to try it. On a side note that is one of my favorite cheeses:drool

I made homemade chicken and wild rice soup last night.

That would be perfect on these cold evening we are having :)

I really like using the bread basket and the dutch oven
I looked those baskets up and watched an interesting video on using them. I'm going to have to try that, my granddaughter would be in heaven to have loaves come out looking like those! Well so would I, and DH and anyone else, haha! What kind of Dutch oven are you using? Cast iron?

This was dinner as stated look she remembered photos

It was and good.

I froze several containers, there was lots to share:D

You did the smart thing, you froze your soup in several containers.

I don't know what I was thinking with the chili leftovers from DH's last bathtub batch of it. I dumped it all in one giant container and now there's a frozen block of about 2 gallons of chili in the freezer. Maybe if I pull it out of the freezer today, it will be thawed enough to eat around February.

You can take it out of the freezer, remove it from the container and cut/saw it into manageable portions, repackage and put back into the freezer until wanted.

If you don't have a meat saw to cur it with, you can wash a hacksaw blade and use the hacksaw to saw it into portions.

That sounds about right! DH always wants chili on Super Bowl Sunday! I’ll send him down! :lau

It is a porcelain dutch oven and is from costco. Let me see if they still sell it....They do!

This is the member price. As always, check other places for deals.

The important part is the handle on the lid. Metal is oven safe but the plastic ones can't go as hot. I baked the bread that 450F.
